1. Members Account

 1.1        You may register with us to enjoy member privileges.

1.2        You shall provide genuine, accurate, complete and current information for the registration of your members account.

1.3        By registering as a member on this App and by logging in subsequently, the member represents that he/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract (“Member”).

1.4        A personal password is required to log into a members account. The Owner shall use its best endeavours to prevent any unauthorized access to this App. You, as a Member, understand and agree that it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and to prevent unauthorized use of your account, and that the Owner shall not be responsible for any offline password management, and shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorized access to this website using your members account.

1.5        The Owner has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of any person as a Member and to terminate the membership of any Member for any reason.

1.6        Member agrees to indemnify the Owner for all claims, losses and damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of any person using the Member's members account.

2. Variation of these Terms and Conditions

The Owner reserves the right to add to, modify or remove the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, including any documents or policies incorporated herein, at any time and without prior notice. By accessing this App and any of its pages, you are agreeing to the latest version of these Terms and Conditions and accept and agree to be bound by the same.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1        Should there be any changes or updates on the information you provided, please update the same yourself promptly (if function available) or send us a data correction request according to our Personal Data Policy. The Owner shall not be responsible for any consequences caused by the inaccuracy of any information provided.

3.2        If there are any inconsistencies between the translated version(s) of the Terms and Conditions for Users and the English version of the Terms and Conditions for Users, the English version shall prevail.
